Was out walking the dogs after most of the trick or treaters had called it quits. There was a group of young teens slowly meandering up the street. All of a sudden there is a big commotion in the group and several people screamed in startled surprise. The dogs were pretty excited. There was an older teen in a ghillie suit hiding among the various hedges that line our street and randomly popping out of the dankness with a throaty Trick or Treat. Cooper our terrier/italian greyhound mix was very wary of a guy who looks like a tree and he was not going anywhere near him.
