Was overdue for an every-five-year-or-so interaction with offshore tech support. Me: Problem is [problem description]. Configuration is [configuration]. I have set up the modem using the installation guide using the factor defaults. When it last worked, ipconfig /all reported [details]. Now it is not working, and ipconfig returns [details].
