Was reading Psalm 121 because it was the chapter that popped up on my phone, and I got to verse 5. Verse 5 reads, The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand [the side not carrying a shield] (AMP). I know Ive read that verse many times, but never caught what it was saying until now. It says Hes our shade on our RIGHT side; the side that is UNPROTECTED, or when we let our spiritual guard down (dont acknowledge Him like we should, place our hope in ourselves rather than in God, start to doubt Him because we dont see results). Facebook family, our God remains FAITHFUL; even in the times it doesnt seem Hes there and even when we arent faithful to Him. We serve an AMAZING God. Lord, help us to know that Youve given us everything we need to run this race and finish STRONG, Youre ALWAYS protecting and keeping us because ITS WHO YOU ARE, and strengthen our faith so that well never doubt You. Lord, we believe, but HELP OUR UNBELIEF so that we make walk in Your good works that Youve prepared us for.
