Was the Ukrainian conflict designed to take the attention of the world away from what was happening in Gaza, as some speculate? It seems to me that if that was the intent, it failed miserably as the global mass demonstrations did not go unnoticed and unreported on even by the MSM. On the contrary, over the last month hardly anyone was aware of what was actually taking place in East Ukraine. Very few realise that approximately 10,000 people have lost their lives in that conflict since April. That the UN ceasefire for the crash site of the downed Malaysian flight was violated by the US backed Ukrainian regime and that international crash investigators have given up trying to piece together that incident because the West is blocking the reinstatement of that ceasefire, as they are blocking the setting up of a humanitarian corridor to take orphaned children to safety. Who actually has heard that the puppet regime has admitted to foreign mercenaries fighting on their soil since their own military is defecting en masse? Or that they have cut off water and electricity supplies to the besieged cities who are also running out of food and facing an imminent humanitarian crisis? Or that US transport planes are busily delivering military aid to those criminal puppets of Washington? And Im sure that very few are aware that the regime is using ballistic missiles against residential areas flattening entire neighbourhoods in one go. Tragic as the events in Gaza have been, they were by no means the only ones taking place and for which the US is directly responsible.
