Was the man born blind because of his parents sin? Jesus answered; this blindness is for the glory of God! Glory: coming from the Greek word doxa. Doxa - meaning nature, true weight, heavy. Nature - meaning what something is like, the basic constitution of a person. The only way you can test a person strength is to have them lift something, weight for example, now you know their strength, or test them in a unnatural situation, now you their power. Jesus said that this man was born blind and was kept this way until this time, so God could show His doxa, His power, Hisnature, His glory. The God we serve doesnt protect you from problems, He proves you through problems
