Was thinking about my school days. The Smoot Elementary School had three classrooms for the eight grades, two or three grades to a room. There were six kids in my grade and that was about the average for all the grades. We had very good teachers and I feel I received a great education. We moved to Rock Springs in the middle of my eighth-grade year. It was a big change going from that little school to a junior high, but I was ahead in my school work of what the junior high was doing. How many of you went to small school with more than one grade in the room and how do you feel about the education you received there?
