Was watching Superman on my solo last night. While discussing it w my son Jibrael, I pointed out as he did, my fav parts/scenes and messgaes in the film. The bond between Jorel and his Wife was immaculate. She had his back and they had a mutual Love for each other and high morals/beliefs. There was no question, there were no words needed between them, it was done what needed to be done. She did not second guess her husbands wishes when zod tried to convince her otherwise. i saw another film where the family was not tight and confusion called them unneccessary suffering between Mother, child and Father. It was not until the end did they come together in tragedy. Movies are not always for the sake of entertainment, art iks an expression of lifen and the experiences in which we ALL can relate in some shape form or fashion.
