Was watching a documentary yesterday about a place in Madagascar where if a couple were to have twins they would have to abandon them as they are seen as bodies with no souls - Not Human. It was the rule of the ancestors that they had to obey and if they did not they would have been forced to leave the city. Alot of inhumane acts such as this were carried out before and even the burying of the daughters alive were the norm, this all came to an end when Islam was introduced to the people as it put forth value and respect for the females and raised their rank from being buried alive to Jannah lying at the Mothers feet, subhanallah! Alhamdulillah for Islam!
