Wash and make yourselves clean. Take your evil deeds out of my sight; stop doing wrong. Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. If we do not confront our sins, we will suffer the consequences and wrath of the Lord. If youre a believer, Ill guarantee you the Lord will definitely seek after you and you will experience hardship for willful sinning. He will go to great lengths for you, but if you take advantage of that you will face correction. And if you remain stubborn after correction, there will be judgement. If you give Sin power, it will remain. Jesus can only do so much for lambs at the watering hole. Hes brought you to the direct source of life, why do you resist it? Why do you build cisterns? Why do you not drink directly from the springs. If you build cisterns, it will be contaminated by other products not from the springs and the water will no longer be fresh. I dont proclaim myself as a perfect follower, but Im consulting the Lord himself enough to know this message will help someone out. Its certainly helped me and the Lord knows this is truth. Any who deny the truth remain in the world and any who embrace it will depart from it.
