Washington Alliance of Black School Educators - WABSE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION GUIDELINES - WABSE Scholarship Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the WABSE Scholarship you must: • Be a citizen of the United States of America • Be an African-American high school senior, graduating from an accredited public or private school in Washington State by June 30, 2014. • Plan to attend an institution of higher learning (either a four-year university or two-year community college) • Verified completion of 150 hours of community service 9-12th grade ie voluntary acts of service without pay . • Complete and submit a the scholarship application in accordance with the WABSE deadline and guidelines • Demonstrate an economic need wabse/photogallery/Files/wabse_scholarship_guidelines_2014.pdf
