Washington Bike Law would like to update the rules of the road to improve safety for bicyclists and pedestrians by making drivers who collide with them presumed to be at fault. This will take legislation, but a King5 story last night may help get this started. The story has a poll attached to it. It wont change the law, but please vote good idea. And if you have ideas to make it better and/or pass this king of legislation, please let us know.
