Wasnt feeling the fastest on warmups, but that top set felt really good. Stuck to the plan, had 705x5 in me, but just kept it to 4. I have all of my training mapped out until August 30 when Im maxing out. Also hit some half squats off pins and it felt awesome with no hip pain. Im coming back and cant wait to hit a new all-time PR on deads in a few weeks (Iron Mafia) Four Brothers Gym! 825 pounds beltless is the goal. Anything beyond that would be icing on the cake.
