Wasnt going to say anything but last night I had a bad fall. I was cutting through Martin Luther King school on my way to help out at the LaGuardia Arts musical and I was coming down those steep concrete steps when I noticed I was about to step on something very gross (while wearing stupid clog heels). In trying to step around it I lost my balance and tripped. I did one of those falls where you look like your running as you try to catch yourself, but when I hit the 4th to last step I propelled myself in to the air and used my right knee to break the force of the fall. That knee is swollen like a balloon at the moment and I can barely walk. Heading out for an X-ray now. Please send good thoughts or prayers my way that its nothing serious.... and that the whole episode wasnt caught on someones cell phone and about to become a viral video.
