Wassup yall! This week kicked off with a bang! The workout for the week is as follows.. 30 min walking/running treadmill (raise incline to 3,6, 9, 12, every 4 min then back down) 12 dips with push-ups (3 sets) Medicine ball slams 3x12 15 lbs Running Stairs Spider-Man pushups (decline if you dare) 3x12 Crunches 30 sec (any way you like em) And for the dismount.... Ryan method pull ups (not for novices!!). Remember to do as many or as few reps as you can... Stay safe and listen to your body. I have attached a few vids of the exercises... Enjoy!!!
