Wasted 3 hours driving around, asking about the work permit at the Ministry of Labor. No one knows anything, doors are locked, everyone hiding behind solid wooden doors. You cant see in any of the offices, and every door has a phone number and is locked. I only found hundreds of CPP sleeping, and they kept directing me to Immigration Police, which doesnt help at all. It would seem that they really dont want my money after all, as they seem to prefer spending all day avoiding work. I will go to Labor today and see how much of my time they can waste.
