Watch: Tom wolf is going to cut property taxes temporarily but a permanent increase in state income tax and sales tax and then a few years maybe 3 later he is going to allow the schools to raise the property tax if the PA legislature doesnt give him more money for schools and when schools arent performing well instead of blaming programs like common core he is going to blame the legislatures that did vote for increased education spending...
