Watch Your Lane Vision your spiritual journey being like - TopicsExpress

Watch Your Lane Vision your spiritual journey being like running a race. Now you may run the 100 yard-dash in six seconds, but our spiritual race will require endurance. Key points: You must discover your own pace and not someone else pace, their pace may be too fast or too slow, God’s will and purpose may be different for your life. You must stay in your lane; running in another person lane will disqualify you from the race. You may not have the same gift, talents or anointing as the other person. Also remember your lane is narrow, not wide like the world way of doing things, so there is no room for COMPROMISE: Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but [only] one receives the prize? So run [your race] that you may lay hold [of the prize] and make it yours. Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25 Amplified Bible (AMP)
