Watch all the panic now that the days are getting longer and the sun comes out a lot more. Every woman and her kuri want to get all fit all of a sudden lol Dont be fooled by fad diets or 30-day type challenges! They are very misleading, just like some of those machines that say you can get washboard abs and an amazing physique, in less than 5 minutes a day! But wait! Theres more! Aue. lol. Choose a physical activity(ies) that will promote fat loss, strength and conditioning training. Strength doesnt mean youll end up one giant muscle with no neck lol it means working your muscles so that they grow and are healthy. Always change your activity - doing the same thing, day in day out, does not benefit the body as much as changing your regime does. Routine is the enemy! So do varied exercises that will assist in changing your physique and will enhance losing inches. Dont forget - muscle weighs more than fat! Avoid the scales if you can - measure your success by the amount of inches you lose. And a sensible eating plan that will promote muscle growth and a healthy lifestyle :) Now go for it! And stick to it hehe
