I normally plan out exactly what Im going to say for videos but this one I didnt plan & the words just tumbled out...all is very much directly from my heart. The Solar Plexus Chakra deals with digestive issues physically...but on a deeper level theres a whole lot of self esteem, drive, assertiveness, aggression & confidence rolled into that energy center.
