Watch the distance created between you and I, between you and You. Something in the mind spilling out that stinks of separation. Believed, bought as real. This sends the sense of self spiraling down a dark hole of desperation. The Joy of the divine, never not really here. Breathing in between and before any thought that proclaims you as lost in despair. Move. See the light of something greater. Let in the sun and focus on the realness of right now. You are not lost, you are right where you are suppose to be; laid gently in the perfection of the lessons you face. Now face them. Be honest, be sincere, be the Real You. See the bullshit limitation and false beliefs of inadequacy for what they are. A bullshit record whose time of spinning has come to an end. Embrace the miracle of this Life, that you are the One that is connected to everything; as you are right now. In your pain release the hurt of clinging to such nonsense that tries to hold you back. Vomit it out. Exhale your self judgment and breathe in the authenticity of this moment. Relish the rawness of this landscape that rips you open, only to expose a deeper love, liberation, & joy. Eat it up, engage this discovery that leads to the expansion of all that You are.
