Watch your dogs on your own property. What cops can do: 1. Enter your private property without cause or permission. 2. Claim self defense when your dog exits what was a secure yard and defends itself and its space. 3. No criminal wrongdoing by said cop. 4. No civil responsibly for harming your dog. 5.
