Watched Metropolis the other day. The very first science fiction movie done in 1927. Had no idea it was a silent film. Was stunned by the amazing sets and how fantastic the actress that played both Marias was! Of late Ive been intensely interested in dystopian societies. Have read Fahrenheit 451, 1984, am in the middle of Brave New World, and seen the movie Equilibrium as well as Farenheit 451, Logans Run, and Soylent Green. Have a feeling Im missing a few but these were what stood out most for me. If anyone has any other like movies or books, please suggest them to me! Thanks!
