Watched the Animated Short noms on Time Warner Cable last night. Now that Im looking at the official list of noms Im confused why The Missing Scarf played with the other shorts, but isnt nominated. In its place was a new Mickey Mouse animated short which has played in theaters this past year. Im disappointed in that as The Missing Scarf (narrated by George Takei) was one of the two shorts I liked best. The other contender is Room On a Broom starring GILLIAN ANDERSON (who barely says much) and narrated by SIMON PEGG. Has Time Warner Cable screwed up again? If you have Time Warner you can check the animated shorts out in hard to find category - something like Special Events.
