Watched the sunset on the beach with my loves! Perfect way to end - TopicsExpress

Watched the sunset on the beach with my loves! Perfect way to end a perfect birthday. I turned the big 26 today!!!! Its funny how you change over the years! I had Kayleigh when I was 21 and getting pregnant with Hayden when she was only 6 months was terrifying. Little did I know that our lives would be turned upside down when Kayleigh was a month old. Jeff was in a terrible accident, we lost our house, Hayden was diagnosed with a rare disease that no one knows anything about, and to top it off Jeff fell 27ft through a sky light. All of these things have happened with in a 5 year span. There were days I wasnt sure our marriage would survive and others that I wanted to hide from the WORLD. Nothing has been perfect because theres no such thing. I now know that all of those things have made us stronger. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and Im the only one who can determine how Im going to handle lifes struggles. I have Hayden to thank for opening my eyes to a much bigger WORLD. I was so closed minded and naive before I was introduced to the unknown. Hayden has defied all of the odds set against him. He has exceeded all goals and expectations I had set for him. I now know you cant put limitations on a child. He is so strong willed and determined!!! Hes saying WORDS real words. He can even walk now (still working on it, but he can do it!) Even with all of the hospital visits and appointments he is thriving and I thank God everyday for allowing my sweet little monkey to progress ♡ So if you ask me this is the best birthday Ive ever had. Were all together and doing okay....what more could I ask for? I know I say it a lot, but Im truly thankful for all of you! I truly feel like you all are my extended family ♡ All of the positive comments love and support is felt! So Ill leave you all with some exciting news!!!! Not only was today my birthday, but my mother in laws as well. Please wish Lorraine a happy birthday. We dont always see eye to eye, but Im so thankful for everything that her and Roy have done for us the past two years as Jeff and I picked up the pieces. So heres the exciting part........Roy was transferred to a rehabilitation center a few miles from our house two days ago ♡ 2015 is going to be a great year ♡
