Watching Tom Hollander performing this speech from Shakespeares Richard III on Newsnight just now, my mind drifted back to the Electric Picnic Festival in Ireland last August. I was onstage in a big tent and over the heads of the crowd I could see, across the way, some people dancing under an awning to some modern dance music. As a chill began to grip the evening, Icelands premier pop chantuese began her set over on the main stage. As the dancers began to hurry over to watch her, I described the scene to my audience saying: Now is the winter of our disco tent made glorious summer by this song of Bjork
