In history, it is usually Civilians who betrayed their countries, not Military men, for the latter Love their Country, and the former Love their Power and the Throne. Civilian authorities usually betrayed their Military compatriots when the latter garnered too much Battle Victories and Laurels, and the former sowed rumors of coup. So despiseful !
