Watching a vegan on TV say its hard drives me insane. -- Its hard if youre addicted to negotiation and struggle (change fearers). Its easy and fun for the rest of us (change samplers). I switched overnight simply because I trusted a friend who told me to switch, and knew I could research why our team was vegan later. I was vegan for 6 weeks before I asked why. Sound like a terrible struggle? No. -- So I would prefer not to *train* people into the struggle. Because in a room full of people who are expected to do 20 pushups, everyone collapses at 20. And in a room where people are expected to do 10 pushups, those same people will collapse at 10. Because with almost infinitely powerful human minds WHAT THEYVE BEEN TOLD THE CHALLENGE IS, is practically all that matters.
