Watching my kids play and listening to their conversations, i realised how much of their childhood have I missed. Flying pays me 5-6K so what?At the end of the day family matters. How long more will I fly, I wonder.. The frustrating moment when I have to beg for my entitlements of leave and childcare leave. The frustrating moment when you are so sick but yet forced to come back to work due to shortage of manpower. The frustration when the other person is a newbie and gets promoted because he/she has papers Where is my value?as an employee, as a mother? C H A N G E! Am on that route. Having the luxury of time, going out for appointments only after 7pm. Hard work, YES! Definitely! I dont know about you but I have had enough of being an undervalued employee.
