Watching the 1976 movie Logans Run. Im watching it on an Acer - TopicsExpress

Watching the 1976 movie Logans Run. Im watching it on an Acer Netbook (running Windows 7) with the DVD connected to it through a LITEON portable DVD player using a USB connector. I used to connect the netbook up to dads 42-inch LCD tv to watch youtube videos and other stuff on the internet. I wont need to do that anymore. because dad died July 10th. :/ Recalling that actor Richard Jordan was in it. Richard Jordan died at the age of 56. 56 is the number of my address. Richard Jordan was cremated. My father died July 10, 2014--recently--and he, too was cremated. :( Actor Peter Ustinov was in this movie. Ustinov died at the age of 82 in 2004. Ustinov would be 92 in 2014 if he were alive. My father outlived him. Ustinov witnessed Indira Ghandis demise. Indira Ghandi was the only living daughter of Jawaharlal Nehru (1st prime minister of India) who died on 5-26-1964 at the age of 74. 74 is the highway exit that leads to my home with the house number of 56. [Nehru] emerged as the paramount leader of the Indian independence movement under the tutelage of Mahatma Gandhi Mahatma Gandhi died at the age of 78 (7x8 = 56, again, my house number. stretching things a bit, but its there) Cremated at Rajghat, Delhi Oh , so my father was cremated as was Gandhi. :/ as well as Richard Jordan, actor. Sigh. I forgot, cremation is practiced in India. I think cremation should be outlawed. 74, 56, 78 7+4=11 5+6=11 78-- 7+8 = 15 is 1111 in binary Farrah Fawcett was in Logans run. She was then known as Farrah Fawcett-Majors, as she was the wife of actor Lee Majors, who, at the time was famous for playing the role of Steve Austin, the BIONIC MAN in the tv series The Six Million Dollar Man. I remember when the first episode of that aired on tv and I watched it with my father. Farrah died June 25, 2009 (aged 62) Gosh. My father lived an extra 5 years than Farrah, and he was even 89. Roscoe Lee Browne provided the voice for the character of BOX, in Logans Run. When did he die? April 11, 2007 (aged 81) of Stomach Cancer. He was born the same year as my father, 1925. Roscoe was born on May 2. My father was a bit older than Roscoe as dad was born on March 23. oh wow, ROSCOE was cremated too(according to Wikipedia), just as my father. ROSCOE...on The Cosby Show, [included] a memorable episode in which he recited Shakespeare with fellow guest star Christopher Plummer, ahh yes Plummer, who is still alive.... [Plummer remains widely known for his portrayal of Captain Von Trapp, a role he later described as so awful and sentimental and gooey.[30] He found all aspects of making the film, except working with Andrews, unpleasant and avoids using its name, instead calling it that movie, S&M, or The Sound of Mucus.--Wikipedia] Despite that, one of my childhood memories remains sleeping on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room of my parents home with my dad in the early 1970s watching The Sound of Music one night. The next night was For A Few Dollars More movie, but thats another memory altogether.
