Watching the NEWS (Idont know why I do that) but there is a case where a black male is on trial for shooting a white 13 month old in the head in his stroller during a robbery of the childs mother. The jury is all white & the 48 person jury pool was all white. The defense protested that there were no blacks to choose from. The person in charge of the jury pool for the court said that the first 48 people who signed in were sent to the courtroom as part of the jury pool and that there were 17 blacks in the waiting room but they were not part of the first 48 to sign in that day. The defense atty stated that this was racial because blacks tend to be late. Is he kidding me? Black are late so we should change the rules. Now who is really the racist with a statement like that.
