Watching the Preachers wife for the first time and was laughing at the scene where the preacher and his wife fell on the ice...for some reason it triggered a memory of how my grandmother, who was a preachers wife, used to invite some members over to her house for desert or dinner, and I recall most nights before bed she would feed my sister and I peaches or pears in heavy syrup...instantly I was so sad and tears came to my eyes....boy I sometimes wish I could bring those days back...I was just some chubby little girl running around in the back yard teasing her little sister without a care in the world......seems like yesterday.... but its nearly a life time ago....to my grand parents Vilillian Donaldson and Reverend Spurgeon Booker Donaldson RiP...you are very missed
