Watching the movie Gods Not Dead kinda made me think about some things. One, I never varied my faith in God, simply found my path is all, but, makes me think, why is it when we are faced with knowing our mortality, does it all of a sudden, become Gods fault? I mean, we all know we are going to die one day, some know they have cancer, some know they have some disease that has a time limit, but, fact is, none of us know if today or tomorrow might be our last day here. Are you willing to hold a grudge if there is a chance you might be wrong in your doubting the actual existence of God? Are you sure you have not been led astray because of some twisted persons illusion of what God is? If so, you do not know God at all. God is a personal relation with love, loving things around you, people around you, the air that you breathe. God is not something you buy at Walmart, God is known by many names, by many faiths, by many people. Knowing those faces bring us to by their fruits ye shall know them being the people who actually know God. Is God man? Woman? Dog? Cat? Cricket? It really does not matter, God is the love that is shared, that energy that flows from one to another, the exact reason some animals can simply walk up to certain people and are afraid of others. To confine God into a church? I could not begin to think that God would accept that prison. Those churches are tasked with the job of teaching you to love. Those churches that teach you otherwise, are exactly what God is not. There is your free will, your free agency, your choice to return home, or move on. God loves us all and wants us to be there by OUR choice, not by force. Force proves no love at all, simply slavery. On the movie, why I would not watch it until now is, well, the people of Duck Dynasty showed me that the fake money grubbing actors, but honestly, the movie has virtually nothing to do with them. Only willie and his wife make a cameo in the beginning, and willie at the end, I was ok with that. but I cannot accept their putting some people on the hate list as being acceptable to the God I believe in. Those that are wiccan, jew, islam, atheist, christian, or any other belief, I see us all together as long as love is the goal, and cannot see a reason to argue about it
