Watching the shark week thing on Megladon made me think about things. Like if there were 60-100 foot sharks commonly found in the ocean how different the history of mankind would be. Because a curiosity bite from something that big would sink a ship or tear something like a Viking longboat in half. We wouldnt be as technologically advanced because for thousands of years the oceans were our super highways. Now Im not saying there isnt some really bizarre crap in the oceans, we find new stuff every time we dive down. And we have found marine life we thought was extinct. But if a megalodon still existed we would have gotten proof by now.
