Watchmen rent out flats on hourly basis to ‘sin couples’ Updated on: 30/09/2013 - Arab Times KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: The securitymen have detained for interrogation three watchmen of residential buildings for renting apartments for what the authorities called suspect activity, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, acting on information the security authorities raided residential buildings and arrested the watchmen for renting apartments on hourly basis in violation of the Housing Law. During investigation police discovered the watchmen were renting apartments for teenagers. The watchmen admitted to making KD 450 every week on each apartment.
