Water did not have to flow uphill to carve the Grand Canyon. Not a single person who understands the geology of the region believes this. The river was already there before the Colorado Plateau began to rise as the Pacific Plate and the North American plate collided. All that was needed was the rate of erosion to exceed the rate of uplift. The comments by Ken Hams followers on his facebook page demonstrate how ignorant people can be fooled by creationist lies.
