Water front housing; Not just for the rich anymore. Toronto Mayor spoke out against a housing project that is already a done deal. Families are screened and chosen based on their income of $45,000 or less per year. If youre rich, youve probably already moved to safer locations than water fronts but its a good idea for corralling more people, poorer people, to live in line with rising waters and floods. But hey! Theres always insurance right? Only you arent the ones covered. Just another ploy to get your last, slaved over dollars before they kill you off. Next!
