I met a Scots man in my travels 27 years ago and he said You dont know your own history I was indignant at the time so I started studying it I was stunned at the level of my ignorance about my own history as an Irish man. . They only taught you what they wanted to know. I have been studying ever since and I have come to realize all that happening now is what has happened in the past I have been to the funerals of young Irish people here who have died some in accidents some in boarding houses alone its tragic our young have to leave such a beautiful incredible country we have been exploited once again. We were given a false dawn with the Celtic tiger sucked in like any money lender its the oldest trick in the book and once they have you there is no getting away as you can see by whats happening in Ireland today. The police are bashing people who are on their knees for the political masters and our absentee landlords the bankers and bondsmen of Europe because we are objecting to being exploited just like any money lender or drug pusher who sends in the heavies because you can pay their exorbitant rates. The is a little bit of Irish history folks over the last 800 years Irish people have been exploited by the English aided and abetted by the Catholic church. Just like our present day ABSENTEE land lords the Bankers and Bondsmen or Europe we are being raped to pay our European masters aided and abetted by Irish Politicians their Agents who are collecting their rents off the backs of Irish people like the Water taxes. Read history it just repeats itself. People are struggling to buy food thy cannot pay their bills this is in one of the most fertile lands on Earth its crazy. Telling us what we can and cannot grow our young people leaving in droves suicide rates through the roof well enough is enough. Take back our country tell them to Shove Austerity up their Arse.
