Watt happened Texans? Get used to it. This is just my first post in what will be 4 years of relentless smack talking. Kind of like the relentless smack talking I have endured all week. Were takin a can of whoop a@$ up 45 north Romo better wear a diaper cause Watt is gonna knock the you know what out of him Cowboys havent been good since the 90s And by far the most overused and most obnoxious phrase of all Turn down for Watt Well you had your chance to back it up houston and you couldnt get it done. It happens. Cant win em all. But did the Texans fans take that attitude and admit defeat? Did they choose to applaud their team for the effort and lose with grace? Nope. In true Houston fashion they flooded to social media with excuses. Here are some of my favorites The refs blew that game Stop bragging you only won by a field goal Cowboys may have won but they looked horrible Cowboys were scared of JJ Watt, they doubled teamed him the whole game The refs? Seriously? Thats just pathetic. Can anyone name even ONE controversial call in the game? The Texans had 5 penalties called for 35 yards. The Cowboys had 7 for 56 yards. And thats not counting the 3 penalties against Dallas that were declined. Get a life. They only won by a field goal. They only what? Oh thats right, WON. Whether its 1 point or 100 a win is a win. You are absolutely right. The Cowboys looked rough. Dropped passes, fumbles, poor clock management and missed opportunities. This is probably the worst the Cowboys have looked all year. But guess what? There are no extra points awarded for looking good. Theres no consolation prize for the team that played well but lost. A win is a win is a win. And whats it say about your team that we beat you at our worst. We double teamed JJ Watt. Absolutely. Great job O-line. Watt is a beast. Youd have to be foolish to let him run wild on 1 blocker. Bottom line is we all heard in obnoxious detail about what Watt was going to do to Romo. And when it can down to it he had the chance. Blew past Smith and had the wide open shot on Romo. That was the supposed to be the career ending shot I heard about all week. And what happened? Romo shook him like a Polaroid picture and threw for the TD. Bottom line some facts were confirmed today. Now I know a lot of Texans fans dont subscribe to things like facts, reason or statistics. And why would you? Its so much funner just to make wild, unsubstantiated claims. But bottom line, here it is. Dallas is and always will be Americas Team. But much more importantly, theres only one legitimate football team in Texas, and they have a Star on the helmet. Theres only room for one JJ in Texas. JJ Wilcox went beast mode today laying guys out left and right. Watt watched most of the game from his back or sucking wind on the sidelines. The Lombardi trophy doesnt have an expiration date. Texans fans would understand that if their team had one.....or 5. True Blue Baby. 4 more years 4 more years 4 more years
