Way Back Wednesday! My dancing used to look like this - non-traditional, unorthodox, and sometimes downright ugly. Its hard to look at this video now without cringing. After 22 years, Im closer to a traditional b-boy than Ive ever been. Getting back to basics is partly why Ive managed to sustain my career this long. (The rest is due to diet, rehab/prehab, circus arts, and weight training!) However, I can still pull out just about any of these old moves at the drop of a hat. Im having fun these days figuring out how to combine some of this madness with better flow, footwork, and style.
