Way to go Chantal!!!! She says: my personal update my changes were adding skinny fiber two times per day, drinking 100 oz of water per day, stopping most fast food (cut down to once a week then once a month, now hardly ever eat it at all), stopping most sugar (again, gradually cut back - now i barely eat any sweets at all), cut out all pop including diet (and most other drinks - i did have coffee with flavored creamer every day but the past 2 months i have stopped that also)...and i think that is about it! i also quit smoking during this time, and it did not affect my weight loss/make me gain weight. as most of you know i was having some major health issues from end of december to beginning of march, so i have been off of skinny fiber since february while i have some medical testing done. since that time i have NOT gained any weight back, i have continued to lose but it has been slower. so for those of you concerned about gaining back after you stop taking it - i dont think this is a concern. not for me personally anyway. i dont exercise but now that im starting to feel better and it is warming up i would like to start walking.
