Wayne Shipe: Oh my, oh my. Do NOT overlook Gov. Mike Pence has said he wants to eliminate a cap that limits how much private elementary schools can receive from state vouchers. The voucher program was justified to the electorate on its cost-effectiveness - the amount provided by the State had to be less than the cost of sending the child to a public school. Apart from the fact that many of these students were already enrolled in private schools at NO expense to the State, eliminating the cap on how much private elementary schools can receive from state vouchers is at the least an example of bait and switch legislation but more so another vivid example of outright political deception of the electorate. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Fool me thrice, shame on everyone!!
