Though Knowing System And Culture Of The Country, Our Army Chief Of Nepal Express His Views In “Times Of India “Stating That China Is Not Capable To Do War With India Because Of Tibet And Other Province, Which Is Against Our Nationality And Neutrality. So As Being Citizen Of Nepal, I Strongly Object To What, Recently Said By C N C. This Should Not Be Spoken By Responsible Person Like Him And He Should Understand What Is Mean By Country Diplomacy And Neutrality. This Remark Given By The Commander In Chief Of Nepal Will Not Serve For Nepal Interest Though Ashok Mehta Government Of India (Retired Army Chief), Was Against His Expressions.
