We have not yet seen any official statement by the China Conservation and Research Center for The Giant Panda (CCRCGP) regarding her death. The CCRCGP officials glorified the release but remained silent after she was found dead on Nov 23 2014, acted as if Xue Xue doesnt exist. Xue Xues reintroduction was broadcast live. A bunch of high ranking officials and staff from the State Forestry Administration, the CCRCGP, and Sichuan government, TV crews, national and international media reporters, all standing behind the cage watching Xue Xue walking into the wild. Xue Xue was hesitant when the door opened, preferring to sit near the cage and look around. Xue Xue did not want to leave in unfamiliar territory, but she finally did trundle off into the forest. A bunch of morons! It defeats the purpose of the entire training!
