We Will Bury APC In Kaduna, Says PDP... The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State yesterday predicted the death of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state even as it said it will defeat the party in the 2015 general elections. The party’s Deputy Chairman, Alhaji Isyaku Balarabe Aliyu, who made this prediction during a press briefing, further said that his party will achieve a landslide victory that has never been recorded in the history of the state. The PDP chieftain also said that his party is well organized and has a strong followership in every nook and cranny of Kaduna State. Aliyu, who said the APC cannot be compared to his party, also challenged the opposition at the polls next year. “Let us meet at the ballot box, no harassment, no intimidation and force and you will see what will happen. We will humble them again,” he added. According to him, APC is just dishing out propaganda and selling lies to the electorate but “the people of Kaduna State are not fools; they are knowledgeable and have capacity of reasoning and they know that APC is not the answer.” The party leader further said that PDP has been attracting more followership in Kaduna State. He noted that what APC is telling the public is different from what is on ground. “Even if you hate us, it is a fact that we have brought development to the state and it is on ground,’’ he added. Listing PDP’s achievement, Aliyu said the ruling party has ensured participatory governance in Kaduna State, revived the Ikara Processing Company and worked tirelessly to ensure peace in the state.
