We all agree that leadership is difficult and that the Chuchu led SGC minus the Academic Director has tried. Though in our current world, trying is not enough at all. To all the aspiring leaders know that diplomatic avenues have been exhausted by Chuchu. We need totally abrasive and aggressive leaders. We all cite SONU as the supreme students union in all Kenyan universities but tell that to people like Orengo, Adungosi, Kajwang, Irungu Kangata and Miguna Miguna. They faced expulsions, arrests and numerous detentions for UoN to be where it is now. They all agreed that the tree of liberty is watered by sweat and blood. I couldnt agree more. Now have a look at the current situation in UoK. So many suspensions and expulsions almost occurring on a daily basis, cancelled and postponed educational trips, no kitty for deceased comrades, the freedom of comrades is in the hands of the Security Department and dish it out as they see fit, the current UoKSO gives room for an AGM, none has never been held, look at the bashes we are having, and where did our NEW constitution disappear to for more than one academic year since it was drafted? All aspirants, you have your job well cut out. Dont ashame the comrades. Shape your legacy and the great names aforementioned. To all comrades, merry Christmas and Happy New 2015.
