We all believe that Bergdahl needs to stand trial via court martial for his crimes. Focus on that. STAND TRIAL. we as warfighters risk our lives to uphold the ideals of this nation one of which being that no man be deprived of life without due process of law. We allege and there is strong evidence, albeit overwhelming evidence that he is guilty of at the very least desertion in time of war. What separates us from the enemy is that we hold to our constitution. Comments such as firing squad now kill him etc before due process only detracts from the credibility of the community so please refrain from making them as all eyes are on the community as a whole. I believe wholeheartedly that Bergdahl is a deserter, a traitor, and should be confined to Leavenworth for the rest of his natural days to atone for his betrayal of his brothers in arms and the lives of honorable men lost trying to find his treasonous ass. But, I am neither judge nor jury not executioner. Let us band together and maintain our honor and not rest until he faces trial while not losing that honor by stooping to the level of our enemies. ~ASMDSS~ ~HMFIC~
