We all face the problem from time to time of lack of motivation. Motivation comes in many different forms. Trying to find something to motivate you each time can often lead to frustration. Find something new each week to motivate you. Heres a few things that work for me when at times Im lacking motivation: - Reverse your workout. Start from the last exercise & work backwards. - train in a different location, download spotify & put on your fav song & let the suggested playlist play on. - go outside, find a park, & aim for 100 reps of each muscle group: pull ups, dips, push ups, crunches, squats - Start with an ab workout then pick one power movement and give German Volume Training a try. - Watch training videos to help inspire new ideas. Just a few ideas there - but feel free to continue them and add more to the comments below:
