We all get in a rut. Need to find time to experiment. Try new things. So, ashley Wolff and I put together a HIGHLIGHTS Workshop where you can do just that. COLOR, LINE, LIGHT and TEXTURE workshop is up on the Highlights schedule. It will be amazing. Ashley and I put together a workshop we would want to attend! April 9- 12 2015 We are going to jump right in with paint, paste, shaving cream and more to create decorative papers to use in your art. Experiment with gouache and gouache resist. Try our hand at mono prints, gelatin prints, colographs. Play with pan pastels, and copy transfer. Create collages, using papers and techniques that we have explored. Tear up those fashion magazines for magazine/ photo collage. Make mini book editions on the copier. And more. To say nothing of delicious food, nature walks, new friends, good talks about art and bookmaking. Of course, there will be glo- ring toss and pin the tail on the donkey. Best of all, it will be a time to relax, create, and be with kindred spirits. No requirements for participants other than a willingness to get messy and take a chance. Please share this post.
