We all have inner demons in our lives and often expect them to be - TopicsExpress

We all have inner demons in our lives and often expect them to be depicted as devilish monsters or dark apparitions, somewhat like you would see in a movie. However, our demons are actually the people in our everyday lives that we argue with or the people that we envy or hate and subsequently the ones we physically or emotionally harm in some way shape or form. This is not from envying or hating qualities that we see within these people, but rather we hate that they remind us of ourselves. They reflect qualities about ourselves that we either wish we had more of or those we wish we didnt have at all. So we try to fix that pain; not by fighting our own demons (looking within to work on ourselves), but by harming the people that remind us of our own demons (the confronting issue/s). From this, we then become frustrated that we’re not in control of our emotions or what is effecting our emotions so we take it out on others, or we take it out on absolutely anything else that can act as a catalyst for our hatred, inner confusion or aggression. Just imagine how unconscious a person has to be of his or her actions to physically harm, torture, mutilate or brutalize any living thing. Let us have the courage to look within and do the work to heal ourselves. Shared from the incredible documentary ‘Universal Consciousness and the Metaphysical Aspects of Reality’ Get on it!
