We all have our strengths and weaknesses and should be patient as we strive to grow and become our best. We should develop the sensitivity and compassion to know when our own or someone elses weaknesses are innocent or pathological. I have low tolerance for foolishness that is pathological....as in seeing weak leaders praise and reinforce other weak leaders. They seem to have their own fraternity and love giving each other special awards and recognition. So sad to see. I say we need to commit to striving as in a race towards all that is good. That is what our Lord commands us to do.
